Wowan State School Centenary

Wowan State School was established in 1916. This year will mark the school’s centenary and we are celebrating this milestone with a fete and fun day at the school. Come and catch up with old friends; reminisce about your time at Wowan State School.
Gates open at 10am, Saturday 17th September 2016.
There will be many activities happening on the day including;
- Official Opening
- Cake cutting
- Roll call of all past students present on the day
- Raffles
- Planting of a tree
- Bar and food stalls operating into the evening
- Rides and Children’s amusements
- Classroom displays
- Memorabilia and photo displays
