From Friday, 19th July to Sunday, 21st July, Banana Shire will be buzzing with exciting events. Highlights include:

Queensland Heritage Rally in Biloela: Part of the Biloela100 Centenary celebrations, featuring vintage machinery, workshops, and a grand parade.
Theodore Bulls and Barrels Rodeo: Thrilling rodeo action with a $4000 prize competition, Poddy Ride, and freestyle motorcycle stunts by Ausie FMX.
St Joseph’s Race Day at Thangool: Family-friendly event with races, fashion competitions, auctions, and raffles.

Due to the Theodore Centenary Celebrations on 28th - 30th June, there will be no camping available at Junction Park during these dates. Camping is available at the Theodore Showgrounds instead.

🐎 Saddle up for the ultimate rodeo thrill!

☑️ The YES Banana Shire Rodeo is happening this Saturday 15th June 2024 from 2pm at the Biloela Showgrounds rodeo arena. The rodeo includes Bulls, Barrels and Broncs with the rodeo till 8.30pm and the party continuing until midnight!

ℹ️ Happening at Queensland Heritage Park, Biloela on 19th - 21st July 2024, themes for this event include History and Heritage, Turning Back Time for Future Generations 1924 to the present.

🚜 Planned activities include - Rare Trade Workshops (Blacksmithing, Coopering and Leatherworking); the Australia Fair Concert Street Organ, Tractor Pull, Slow Tractor Race and Tractor Balancing. Chainsaw Carving, Pinstriping & Scrollwork, Heavy Horse, Vintage Machinery and Butter Making Demonstrations.

🐎 The program also includes an Animal Display, Motorkhana Events, Grand Parades, Live Entertainment, Markets, Trade Sites and Swap Sites.
