Cracow Beach is a beautiful spot on the Dawson River and Delusion Creek Junction, located 18 kilometres north-west of Cracow along Isla-Delusion Road. It is surrounded by Livistona palms and native bush land and is a peaceful place to pull up for a picnic or try a spot of fishing.
This is a sandy creek bed located on a private working cattle property, designated as a camping and water reserve for livestock on the national stock route.
No facilities. Creek prone to flash flooding. Uneven black soil and sandy environments. No gazetted or serviced track.
No motorbikes or ATVs allowed. Parthenium Weed free area. All rubbish must be taken with you.
Please note – the Cracow Beach livestock camping and water reserve is not suitable for caravans or trailers. Dry weather access only recommended.
